74% of the school's students achieved grades 9-4 in English and maths this year, compared to 65% last year. At the top end, results also went from strength to strength. Almost twice as many students this year achieved a grade 9-7 in English and maths compared to last year and nearly 200 grade 8s and 9s were awarded across all subjects. Results were particularly strong in RE, where students made more than a grade more progress compared to national average. Overall, 20 students achieved an average grade of a 7 or better and 31 students got at least five grade 7s or better.

I’m very happy with my results. I started in reception here and I’m excited to be staying for sixth form. I’m going to study physics, maths and computer science. Thanks to my teachers for all their help and support.
Ramla

I feel extremely proud of myself today but I couldn’t have done it on my own, and I’m very thankful to my friends and teachers who helped me along the way! - Ramla
In addition, Ayele secured the best progress across the school, scoring almost 3.5 grades higher in each of her GCSEs than expected, reflecting her hard work and dedication since she arrived in year 7.

These results come on the back of a successful year for the sixth form too. Ark John Keats reported very strong A level results last week – and the school is now in the top 25% for pupil progress nationally at Key Stage 5.
Ark John Keats will be hosting their open evening on Wednesday 1st October for new year 7 and 12 pupils.
