At Ark John Keats we use the following ways of hearing our students' views:

School council and tutor group representatives
A termly student survey

Our School Council

Has one school council representative per tutor group to speak on behalf of the students
Has one meeting and feedback cycle per half term
Feeds back to our Leadership Team with any changes they feel would improve the student experience

Our student survey is:

Conducted each term to get the thoughts and opinions of the students on key matters
Used to guide discussion within the Leadership Team on improving the student experience
