WONDERFUL WORK OF THE WEEK
This term, Year 8 have been studying death and grief and trying to understand the process that people go through when they lose someone that they love. This is an important introduction to the topic of the afterlife during which we will study what religious believers teach us about what happens when we die. Over the half term, pupils wrote their own children’s books with the aim of helping a younger audience to cope with and understand grief. They produced some beautiful, moving and helpful stories. Pictured above is the ending of Aurora Hakami's story.
