Wonderful Work in History

This term, our GCSE History students have been working really hard on mastering the recall of key factual knowledge that they will need to be able to write persuasive and accurate essays. Both, Year 10 and 11, have been studying Weimar and Nazi Germany, and have been developing their ability to remember detailed facts through flash cards and self-testing. This will allow them to support their arguments about why Hitler rose to power in Germany in the 1930s, with reference to specific policies and personalities. Pictured are flash cards made by, Elvin. The level of responsibility and organisation that Elvin has shown in creating these flash cards is really impressive, and it will serve her really well as she progresses towards her final GCSE exams. Well done, Elvin!
